We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Onsite Account Manager to join our busy and successful Industrial team, based on-site in Larapinta.
In this client-facing role, you’ll work closely with our customer to manage day‑to‑day site requirements, provide recruitment solutions, and identify opportunities to add value. A strong focus will be on account management, relationship building, and workforce performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing staff performance, absenteeism, and onboarding
- Attending client stakeholder meetings
- Building strong, collaborative client relationships
- Driving a proactive safety culture
- Ensuring compliance with processes and policies
- Experience in a similar role, managing large workforces (100+ candidates preferred)
