Based in Alexandria, NSW, this is a full‑time onsite role supporting a busy office environment. The position will suit a highly organised administrator who enjoys data accuracy, cross‑functional liaison, and supporting operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- High‑volume data entry and database maintenance
- Administration and coordination of product samples
- Liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners
- Updating CRM systems and Excel spreadsheets
- Supporting purchasing, invoicing, and MYOB processes
- General office administration and document control
- Proven experience in administration or office support roles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- High proficiency in Excel and database systems
- Experience using CRM platforms and MYOB highly regarded
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, regulated environment
- Full‑time onsite role based in Alexandria NSW
