About the role
In your new role of Mill Hand, you will support the team in:

• Operating and monitoring feed mill machinery and equipment to ensure consistent production.
• Maintaining accurate records of feed ingredients and stock movement.
• Assisting with inventory checks and stock reconciliation.
• Liaising with logistics and production teams to coordinate feed deliveries and loading schedules.
• Ensuring all equipment is checked, cleaned, and maintained according to site procedures.
• Conducting routine quality and safety checks during production and loading.
• Adhering to workplace health and safety procedures and Baiada site policies.

About you

• Availability to commit to working rotating rosters.
• Reliability, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive in a team environment.
• Appropriate level of physical fitness and stamina to handle successfully perform the demands of the job role requirements.
• Forklift licence desirable but not required.
• Full Australian working rights
