Mechanical Fitters –Multiple Roles
 
Start: Immediate
Contract Duration: 3 to12 months
Roster: Multiple options available - Day Shift or Day/Night Shift
Day Shift Rates: Range from $57.00–$70.03 per hour + super (dependent on roster)
Night Shift Rates: $87.54 per hour + super (dependent on roster)
Location: Residential roles - applicants must live in Gladstone or within safe commuting distance
Eligibility: Only candidates with full Australian working rights will be considered

About the Role
We are seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters to join the team in Gladstone. This role offers long‑term stability in a high‑performing industrial environment. You will be responsible for maintaining, repairing and installing plant equipment to ensure safe, reliable and efficient operations across site.
 
What You Will Need
• Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade
• Experience in mining, heavy industry or similar
• Current driver’s licence
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical and full site onboarding
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork and high‑quality work
