About the role
In your new role as Maintenance Administrator , you will be responsible for:
- Maximising productivity in assigned tasks and maintaining the Maintenance MEX System, including stock takes and updating the MEX catalogue.
- Managing store stock levels, enter work orders and reports, and handle purchase orders (POs).
- Ensuring accurate and timely data entry, along with performing other administrative duties as needed.
About you
As a Maintenance Administrator, you will have previous administration and stock management experience including completing data entry tasks and preparing reports to meet strict deadlines.
Additionally, you will bring:
- Strong numerical and administration skills including accurate data entry, report preparation, and the ability to deliver within strict deadlines. An understanding of production equipment and processes is preferred although not essential.
- Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience using MEX or a similar maintenance management software would be advantageous
- The capability to make quick, accurate decisions, working independently, and prioritise tasks without supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to confidently interact effectively with team members, contractors, vendors, and management.
