About the role
We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude and previous experience in machine or equipment operation. As a Machine Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of packaging materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Operate Laminator machines to meet production and quality standards
- Support and communicate with Lamination Operators to maintain efficient output
- Participate in continuous improvement activities
- Assist and advise other operators as needed
- Follow production orders, work instructions, and HACCP requirements
- Identify mechanical issues and lodge maintenance requests
- Handle laminated products correctly for the next production stage
- Maintain housekeeping around the machine and manage glue/raw material supply
- Experience in lamination or production machinery
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a commitment to safety
- Positive, team‑focused attitude
