Machine Operator – Lamination Operator 
Shift: Afternoon shift
Pay Rate: Starting from $37/hour + penalties 
Location: Acacia Ridge, QLD
 

About the role
We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude and previous experience in machine or equipment operation. As a Machine Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of packaging materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operate Laminator machines to meet production and quality standards
• Support and communicate with Lamination Operators to maintain efficient output
• Participate in continuous improvement activities
• Assist and advise other operators as needed
• Follow production orders, work instructions, and HACCP requirements
• Identify mechanical issues and lodge maintenance requests
• Handle laminated products correctly for the next production stage
• Maintain housekeeping around the machine and manage glue/raw material supply

• Experience in lamination or production machinery
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and a commitment to safety
• Positive, team‑focused attitude
