About the Role Reporting to the Supervisor, you will:
- Lead and supervise town maintenance crews on a daily basis
- Coordinate and deliver maintenance and upgrade works
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
- Operate plant and equipment as required
- Support scheduling, job allocation and team performance
- Proven experience supervising or leading town or grounds maintenance teams
- Confidence working outdoors in Pilbara‑like conditions
- Experience in lawns, gardens, horticulture or landscaping
- A current MR or HR driver’s licence
- A strong focus on safety, teamwork and quality outcomes
- Plant operator tickets
- Formal Horticulture qualifications
- Competitive salary banding: $86,507 – $99,673
