HR Delivery Driver – Shepparton

Chandler Macleod are currently seeking a reliable and motivated HR Delivery Driver to join our client’s team based in Shepparton. This is a great opportunity for an experienced driver who enjoys being on the road and delivering excellent service to customers across the Goulburn Valley region.

About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for completing daily delivery runs across the local area, starting between 8:00am and 8:30am. You may be completing bulk delivery runs (20–30 stops) or PUD (Pick-Up and Delivery) runs with 50–60 stops, ensuring freight and parcels are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time.

You will be required to assist with loading and unloading freight, operate a forklift where required, and maintain a high standard of customer service when interacting with businesses and customers throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate an HR truck to complete daily delivery runs
  
  
• Load, unload, and secure freight and parcels for transport
  
  
• Complete multi-drop deliveries and pick-ups across the GV region
  
  
• Use a forklift when required to move freight
  
  
• Conduct vehicle safety checks and ensure compliance with road safety regulations
  
  
• Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork
  
  
• Provide professional customer service during deliveries and collections
  
  

Requirements

• Current HR (Heavy Rigid) Driver Licence
  
  
• Current Forklift Licence
  
  
• Good knowledge of the Goulburn Valley region is highly desirable
  
  
• Physically fit and capable of handling manual loading/unloading
  
  
• Ability to manage high-volume multi-stop delivery runs
  
  
• Able to pass a National Police Check (NPC)
  
  
• Able to provide a clear Driving History Report
