A leading logistics organisation is seeking a Temporary HR Assistant Partner to join their onsite team at a large distribution centre in Kemps Creek.
This role is ideal for someone with strong people skills who enjoys being visible on site and supporting employees and leaders across day to day HR activities. While HR administration experience is beneficial, the client is open to candidates who are keen to learn and grow within HR, with training provided on transactional processes.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a first point of contact for employee and manager HR enquiries
- Support onboarding and induction activities for new starters
- Assist with HR administration, employee records and documentation
- Support people related initiatives on site
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders through regular floor engagement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Interest or experience in HR, people and culture, or workforce support
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Comfortable working in a fast paced operational environment
- Available to start immediately or within a short notice period
