Human Resources Business Partner – Labour Hire (Part-Time) Employment Type: Part-Time (3–4 days per week)
Location: Honeysuckle Office, with hybrid working options (minimum 2 days in-office per week)
Hourly Rate:$56.80 + super)

About the Role We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic and operational HR support across the organisation. Working closely with business leaders, you will provide expert advice, coaching, and guidance to drive operational and strategic outcomes while fostering a values-based, inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to allocated business areas.
  • Provide support across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, remuneration, employee relations, and HR reporting.
  • Assist with employment and industrial relations matters as required.
  • Lead HR programs and initiatives, including Inclusion & Diversity initiatives.
  • Review and update HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
What We’re Looking For Essential:

  • Tertiary qualification in HR or a related discipline.
  • Experience in an HR Business Partner role.
  • Strong knowledge of contemporary HR practices, employment law, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • High integrity and confidentiality.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.
Desirable:

  • HR certifications or accreditations.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Ellipse, SAP) and online recruitment platforms (e.g., Cornerstone).
  • Understanding of WHS and Workers Compensation principles.
