Chandler Macleod is seeking a HR Advisor to support the team at Baiada, Hanwood.

About the Role
If you're an HR Coordinator ready to move into an HR Advisor role, this is a great opportunity. You'll be involved in:

• Advising managers on employee relations and performance management.
• Handling performance issues and helping resolve them.
• Making sure HR policies and procedures are followed and compliant with legal requirements.
• Taking on a range of HR tasks to support the team.

About You
You're an HR Coordinator looking to step up into an HR Advisor role. You’ll bring:

• At least 2 years of exposure to HR practices, preferably in an industrial or blue-collar environment
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel.
• The ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
