General Hand - AM

Chandler Macleod are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive General Labourers  to join our fast-paced D istribution Centre team in Hazelmere. You will be responsible for inspecting, correcting, and repackaging products to ensure they meet our quality and customer standards before shipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks on returned or mispacked items
  
  
• Rework orders due to mislabelling, damaged packaging, or incorrect assembly
  
  
• Repack and relabel goods to meet customer or internal specifications
  
  
• Ensure all reworked stock is correctly scanned, logged, and placed in appropriate locations
  
  
• Collaborate with the picking, packing, and quality teams to identify and resolve recurring issues
  
  
• Follow all health and safety procedures and warehouse best practices
  
  
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
  
  

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution centre (preferred but not essential)
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
  
  
• Ability to work independently and within a team
  
  
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods, lift/move items as required
  
  
• A proactive attitude towards maintaining quality and reducing waste
