About the Role We are seeking reliable and physically fit Freight Handlers to join a busy transport depot in Welshpool. This role is ideal for early risers looking for consistent morning hours and excellent hourly pay.
Key Duties
- Loading and unloading freight from trucks
- Manual handling of parcels and cartons
- Sorting, stacking and scanning freight
- Ensuring freight is handled safely and efficiently
- Working as part of a team to meet tight dispatch timeframes
- Previous freight handling or warehouse experience (advantageous but not essential)
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual tasks
- Reliable, punctual and safety-focused
- Ability to work early morning shifts consistently
- Forklift licence (desirable but not required)
- $38.25 per hour
- Stable Monday to Friday roster
- Early finish — afternoons free
