Finance & Administration Officer (Permanent Part-Time)
Bowen Hills, Brisbane
We are seeking a Finance & Administration Officer to join a friendly and supportive team based in Bowen Hills. This is a permanent part-time opportunity for 25 hours per week, offering flexibility across 3, 4 or 5 days.
You will work closely with an experienced finance team, so while some exposure to finance or administration is helpful, extensive experience is not required. Training can be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone who is organised, reliable and willing to learn.
What’s on offer

Key responsibilities
- General finance and accounts administration
- Data entry and assisting with accounts processes
- General office administration duties
- Supporting the finance team as required
About you
- Some exposure to finance, accounts or administration preferred
- Experience with MYOB or Xero is a bonus but not essential (training available)
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Reliable with a willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in an office-based role
