Key Responsibilities:
Operating machinery:
This includes setting up, adjusting, and monitoring equipment used in the baking process.
Feeding raw materials:
Ensuring the production line has the necessary ingredients, like flour, water, and yeast, in the correct quantities.
Assembling products:
This could involve tasks like shaping dough, placing toppings, or packaging finished loaves.
Maintaining quality:
Monitoring the production process to ensure products meet Tip Top's standards for taste, texture, and appearance.
Following safety procedures:
Working safely and adhering to all relevant workplace health and safety guidelines.
Teamwork:
Collaborating with other process workers and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow.
Shift work:
May involve working various shifts, including nights and weekends.
