We are currently seeking a Factory Hand to join a busy steel manufacturing yard based in Ballina. This is a full-time Monday to Friday role, starting at 7:00am, working 8-hour shifts. Training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to build experience in the manufacturing and construction supply industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welding steel products
  • Loading steel onto trucks using a forklift
  • Loading steel onto pallets
  • Packing steel products according to order sheets
  • Operating machinery used to manufacture reinforcing bars
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the factory
What We’re Looking For
  • Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
  • Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
  • Forklift Licence
  • Willingness to complete pre-employment screening, including drug and alcohol testing
  • No pre-existing injuries and ability to safely perform physical duties
