Executive Assistant & Office Manager
Boutique Wealth Management Firm
Full-time | Permanent | On-site

We’re partnering with a highly regarded boutique wealth management firm to find a dynamic Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support the CEO/Founder and a Director. This is a hands-on, high-trust role at the centre of a growing business, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and takes genuine ownership of their work.

You’ll be the backbone of the office, ensuring the executives are operating at their best while keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
You’ll provide seamless executive support while also overseeing the smooth running of the office.

This includes:
  • Managing complex diaries, calendars and scheduling across multiple stakeholders
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel, itineraries and logistics
  • Proactively managing inboxes, drafting responses and delegating correspondence where appropriate
  • Preparing for meetings in advance, including agendas, materials and follow-ups
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal staff and external clients
  • Overseeing meeting rooms and ensuring a professional, welcoming environment
  • Supporting office operations and general administration
  • Creating a positive experience for clients and visitors

There is also the opportunity to get involved in marketing for a newly established division.

This could include:
  • Supporting brand alignment and visual identity
  • Creating materials using Canva
  • Assisting with content and basic design work

About You
You’re someone who anticipates needs before they arise and takes initiative without waiting to be asked. You’re highly organised, tech-savvy and confident managing competing priorities.

You’ll bring:
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong technical proficiency across Microsoft Office and digital tools
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence managing senior stakeholders and sensitive information
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Adaptability, resilience and the ability to pivot when priorities change
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable manner

Experience in financial services or a professional services environment will be highly regarded.

The Environment
This is a collaborative, down-to-earth team that works hard and values people who can integrate seamlessly into the culture. You’ll be trusted, supported and given the autonomy to make the role your own.
