6 Month Contract
Chandler Macleod is recruiting for a well‑known exhibitions and events business based in St. Leonards. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised administrator or customer service professional who wants exposure to large‑scale events and floorplan coordination.
This role supports the production and operations team across event administration, customer service, and event floorplan maintenance. While experience with CAD or Autodesk is highly regarded, candidates with strong numeracy, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new systems will be fully trained.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service support to exhibitors and visitors via phone, email, and onsite
- Manage administration tasks including spreadsheets, documentation, and tracking schedules
- Assist with event guide production and coordination of deadlines
- Support onsite event preparation activities
- Assist with maintaining and updating event floorplans using CAD or Autodesk systems
- Support the wider events team with ad hoc and time‑critical tasks
- Strong administration or customer service background
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident with numbers and working accurately with data
- Comfortable learning new systems and following structured processes
- Experience with CAD or Autodesk is advantageous but not essential
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- 6 month contract starting ASAP
- Hybrid work model
- Office based in St Leonards on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
- Work from home Monday, Thursday and Friday
