Location:  St. Leonards, Sydney (Hybrid – 2 Days WFH)
Contract:  5 Months

Chandler Macleod is partnering with a leading name in the events and exhibitions industry to recruit a  Marketing Manager  for an exciting short-term contract based in St. Leonards.

This role is perfect for a seasoned marketing professional who can hit the ground running and lead end-to-end marketing campaigns for two major lifestyle and beauty expos. You’ll report to the Group Marketing Manager and work closely with the Event Director while managing a Marketing Executive.

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for two upcoming consumer events.
• Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee the work of a Marketing Executive, providing guidance and direction.
• Coordinate digital campaigns, email marketing, and promotional content.
• Monitor performance using platforms like PowerBI and optimise based on results.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth delivery.

🔹 Ideal Experience:

• Proven experience in event marketing or consumer campaigns.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Comfortable working across platforms such as:
• Oracle Eloqua  (Email Marketing)
• Adobe Experience Manager  (Web Content)
• Power BI  (Analytics and Reporting)
