Chandler Macleod is seeking multiple Farm Hands to support Baiada’s expanding poultry operations in Tamworth. We have 15 roles commencing in March, with 50 additional vacancies becoming available over the coming months. • Great pay at $30.75 per hour plus penalties and allowances.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Walking sheds and caring for chickens.
• Cleaning and maintaining sheds to strict biosecurity standards.
• Collecting, cleaning, and grading eggs.
• Assisting with weighing, vaccinations, and flock health checks.
• Handling birds safely and humanely.
• Performing general labour duties, including shed upkeep and maintenance.

To Be Considered, You Must Have

• A valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.
• A strong work ethic, reliability, and enthusiasm.
• The ability to undertake physical, hands‑on work.
• Good communication skills.
• A commitment to following all safety and biosecurity procedures.

Please Note

You must not have any birds, pigs, or chickens on your property.
All employees are required to shower on and off shift in accordance with Baiada’s Biosecurity Policy.
