What You Will Do
Email Design and Weekly Campaigns
- Design and build weekly campaigns in Klaviyo, including drops, restocks, new arrivals, promotions, and brand moments
- Create clean, mobile-first layouts that align with the brand’s visual identity
- Collaborate with the marketing team on messaging
- Manage QA, segmentation checks, scheduling, and performance tracking
Retention and Klaviyo Flow Ownership
You will own the full lifecycle strategy, including:
- Welcome Series
- Abandoned Cart
- Browse Abandonment
- Post-Purchase
- Winback
- Back-in-Stock
- VIP and high-intent segments
Your retention focus will include:
- Segmentation and personalisation
- A/B testing across content, cadence, and layout
- Send-time optimisation
- Consistent creative improvement
- Deliverability and list health best practice
Reporting and Weekly Action Plans
- Report weekly email performance, including revenue, engagement, and deliverability
- Present what you plan to test, optimise, or scale
- Identify lifecycle gaps and new opportunities to increase retention and repeat purchase
Light Creative Support
- Create simple graphic assets to support email builds
- Work closely with content, design, and marketing teams
What We Are Looking For
Must Have
- Two to three years of experience in e-commerce email marketing
- Strong hands-on Klaviyo experience, including campaigns and flows
- Experience in fashion, streetwear, or youth-led brands (this is essential)
- Strong design sense, including layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- A data-driven mindset
- A vibrant and energetic personality that fits a buzzing, creative space
Bonus Points
- Shopify and Klaviyo integration experience
- Experience with Figma, Adobe, or Canva
- Deliverability and list hygiene knowledge
- Experience building lifecycle strategies such as VIP programs, cross-sell flows, and post-purchase education
