Electrical Supervisor

Chandler Macleod is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to support the team at Baiada, Hanwood.

About the role
In your new role as Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical maintenance and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards across the Hanwood site. Your key responsibilities will include:
 

• Supervising and coordinating electrical maintenance activities for plant and equipment.
• Leading a team of electricians and contractors to ensure timely and efficient repairs.
• Monitoring and maintaining electrical systems to minimise downtime and optimise production.
• Ensuring compliance with WHS, electrical standards, and Baiada site policies.
• Planning and scheduling preventative maintenance and electrical upgrades.
• Troubleshooting and resolving electrical faults promptly.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and reporting to management.

About you
As an Electrical Supervisor, you will bring strong leadership skills and technical expertise in industrial electrical systems. In addition, you will have:
 

• A current Electrical Licence and demonstrated experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, and automation.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced production environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety and compliance with WHS regulations.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts and respond to urgent maintenance needs.
