You will lead delivery of a complex PKI project, ensuring high‑quality outcomes across planning, implementation, industry transition and stakeholder engagement. The role requires strong experience in digital authentication, ICT change management and large‑scale project delivery within a complex organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary business liaison for the uplift
- Manage engagement with solution providers, vendors, third‑party contractors and the client
- Lead deployment of new PKI certificates, including readiness and cutover planning
- Support industry transition, engaging with software vendors, health providers and stakeholders
- Manage project plans, schedules, risks, issues and governance in line with agency frameworks
- Provide advice and briefings to senior stakeholders and executives
- Support capability uplift and knowledge transfer to APS staff
- Contribute to future planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
You will have:
- Proven experience delivering large, complex PKI projects
- At least 5 years’ experience in ICT system change management
- Strong knowledge of digital authentication in the health industry
- Demonstrated project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Understanding of Gatekeeper Policy
- Ability to deliver outcomes in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment.
