E&I Coordinator

E&I Coordinator – Tier 1 Mining | 8:6 Roster | $111/hr  

We are seeking an E&I Coordinator to support engineering activities across the full project life cycle — from early planning and scheduling through to construction support, contractor coordination, reporting, and cost control.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinating engineering activities across all project phases
• Supporting compliance with standardised processes, systems, and tools
• Engaging with contractors and assisting with performance oversight
• Providing engineering and technical support to construction teams
• Working closely with planners and schedulers to maintain project timelines
• Assisting with technical reports, project reviews, and documentation
• Supporting project financials, budgets, and cost tracking
• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to drive project success

👤 About You

• Degree in Engineering (or a related discipline)
• Strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders
• Experience in engineering support or project environments (highly regarded)
• Organised, driven, and ready to step into a growing capital project team
