A leading multinational mining company is seeking an experienced Earthworks Construction Supervisor to oversee self‑perform and contractor‑delivered civil works across a portfolio of sustaining capital projects in regional QLD.

• 5+ years’ civil construction supervision experience
• Strong background in earthworks(contractor or self-perform)
• Proven leadership and ability to develop frontline teams
• Solid HSE focus and experience working in remote locations
• Able to work a FIFO roster
