We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Dispatch Officer to join our client based in Enfield. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating dispatch operations, scheduling deliveries, and ensuring efficient communication with vendors and internal teams to maintain smooth logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely pick-ups, deliveries, and high customer satisfaction
- Plan and prioritise daily dispatch schedules to optimise efficiency and meet deadlines
- Manage workloads and maintain accurate records of dispatches, deliveries, and communications
- Monitor operations and identify/report deviations from standard procedures or potential service disruptions
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational standards
- Perform other related duties as required
- Experience in dispatch, logistics, or transport coordination preferred
