About the role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Advisor to join our Customer Success team, supporting customers to maximise value from their payroll and HR solutions.
This role suits someone who enjoys partnering with customers, providing expert advice, and helping organisations improve compliance, efficiency, and confidence in their systems.
Based in Brisbane (preferred), this role offers a hybrid working model, with flexibility for remote work for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities
Advisory delivery & customer outcomes
- Deliver structured advisory, coaching, and training sessions that uplift customer capability
- Provide expert guidance on payroll operations, legislation, and best-practice processes
- Build long-term customer relationships through proactive communication and reliable delivery
- Manage workload, priorities, and SLAs to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes
- Support implementations and data migrations by guiding customers on readiness and best practice
- Collaborate with Consulting, Product, and Customer Journey teams to support smooth escalation
- Provide feedback and insights on recurring themes and improvement opportunities
- Maintain up-to-date payroll and HR legislative knowledge
- Contribute to training resources, community sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives
About you
Essential
- Strong payroll background with practical experience in Australian payroll
- Experience advising customers on payroll and HR processes
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Ability to manage multiple customer engagements and priorities
- Comfortable working in a hybrid or distributed team environment
- Experience with Aurion or similar payroll platforms
- Background in customer success, consulting, or professional services
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools
