Work Type: 1 Month Casual Contract, potential extension
An established organisation operating in the fuel and mobility solutions space is seeking experienced Customer Service Officers to support a high‑volume customer solutions team during a critical peak period.
This is an urgent contract opportunity suited to candidates who can hit the ground running in a fast‑paced contact centre environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for inbound customer enquiries
- Handle high volumes of calls, emails, live chat and social messages
- Provide support for account access, balance enquiries, PIN resets and card issues
- Assist with new customer onboarding and account closures
- Deliver empathetic, clear and solutions‑focused customer interactions
- Accurately log and manage cases using CRM systems
- Proven contact centre or customer service experience in a high‑volume environment
- Strong communication, empathy and active listening skills
- Comfortable handling transactional calls with upset or stressed customers
- Confident using multiple systems and learning new platforms quickly
- Available to work rostered hours between 8:30am and 6:00pm
- Able to attend on‑site training initially, with hybrid work afterwards
