About the Role
We’re seeking a Customer Service Officer to provide warm, professional, and reliable support within a small Learning & Development team. This short‑term assignment is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, has strong administrative capability, and brings a positive, can‑do attitude to their work.
You’ll be the first point of contact for enquiries, supporting staff in person, via email, and through Teams, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, approachable customer service across multiple communication channels.
- Provide administrative support to the Learning & Development team.
- Manage inbox enquiries and assist with training coordination where required.
- Work confidently both independently and as part of a small team of two.
- Warm, positive, and professional communication style.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working independently, asking questions, and taking initiative.
- Strong organisational skills and reliability.
- Previous admin or customer service experience preferred (no formal qualifications required).
- Immediate start (13 April 2026).
- 7‑week temporary assignment.
