Play a key role in shaping one of Australia’s fastest-growing cities.

Our client is looking for a proactive and detail‑driven Scheduler & Analyst to help deliver essential community infrastructure across our Section 7.11 Program. If you love organising complex information, turning data into insights, and ensuring projects run smoothly — this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real community impact.

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • Work on high‑value, city‑shaping civil infrastructure projects
  • Supportive team, collaborative culture, and meaningful community outcomes
  • Opportunity to improve systems, processes, and reporting tools
  • A role where your organisation and analytical skills genuinely matter
What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be central to how the Section 7.11 program is planned and delivered. You will:
  • Develop and maintain project and program schedules across a wide range of civil works
  • Analyse performance data and prepare clear, accurate reports for decision‑makers
  • Work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and service providers
  • Contribute to regular program meetings, reviews, and planning discussions
  • Support improvements to systems and processes that drive better project delivery
  • Promote safe work practices and contribute to WHS and environmental commitments
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
  • Qualifications in program planning, scheduling, civil engineering or similar
  • Strong MS Project and Excel skills — you know your way around schedules and data
  • Experience analysing information, preparing reports, and juggling priorities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A collaborative attitude and desire to support successful project delivery
Bonus skills (not essential):
  • Experience in civil infrastructure projects (roads, drainage, recreation facilities)
  • Ability to analyse complex data and improve reporting tools
  • PowerPoint or similar presentation/reporting skills
Who You’ll Work With

Join a motivated and supportive team in the City Assets department, working closely with project managers, stakeholders, and internal units to bring key infrastructure projects to life.
You’ll have the opportunity to influence how programs are scheduled, tracked, and delivered — making this a great role for someone who loves improving systems and driving better outcomes.
