About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Change Analyst
to support a major change initiative within the STEM College’s Technical Services Group.
This role will work closely with senior leaders to design and deliver a comprehensive change management plan that supports the adoption of new health, safety, and operational practices across the College.
You will report directly to the Director, Technical Services and Facilities and collaborate with stakeholders to assess current capabilities, evaluate risks, and help shape the future state of technical services operations.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement a structured change management plan across Technical Services
- Conduct current‑state analysis of competencies and capabilities
- Build and maintain a detailed risk register based on current findings
- Develop strategies to mitigate identified risks across the College
- Define future‑state competencies and capabilities aligned to teaching and research ambitions
- Work with cross‑functional teams to assess impacts and readiness
- Support the adoption of new processes, practices and procedures across the College
- Demonstrated experience in organisational change management
- Strong understanding of change management processes and methodologies
- Experience working within large, complex environments
- Ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Strong analytical, planning and communication skills
- Confidence working independently and collaboratively across multiple teams
