Rate:$50 per hour + Superannuation

The Role You will support capital project teams by coordinating contractor onboarding, mobilisation and demobilisation, while delivering efficient project and site administration. This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects are resourced, compliant and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate contractor onboarding, inductions, access & system setup
- Manage mobilisation and demobilisation activities
- Maintain accurate records, contracts and engagement dates
- Provide project administration support across capital projects
- Coordinate meetings, documentation, travel and site logistics
- Liaise with HR, recruitment agencies, site services and project teams
- Experience in project administration, mobilisation or coordination
- Background in capital projects, engineering, construction or industry
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident working across multiple stakeholders
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint
