An immediate opportunity is available for an experienced Business Administration Officer to provide short‑term support within a local council environment.
This role has been created to assist with an urgent backlog of property sale processing, and requires prior council system experience.
About the Role:
You will support the administration team by processing Notices of Acquisition (NOAs) and updating customer and property records accurately and efficiently.
This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who can step in quickly and work through high‑volume data with strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Process property sales and Notices of Acquisition (NOAs)
- Update and maintain customer and property records
- Perform data entry and validation within council systems
- Assist with clearing administrative backlogs
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with council procedures
- Support the team with related administrative tasks as required
- Proven experience using Tech1 / CiAnywhere
- Experience processing property sales and NOAs
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail

- Previous experience working within a local council property or rates environment
- Experience handling customer and property data
