Business Administration Officer – (Short‑Term Cover)
Location: Lilydale
Rate:$46 per hour + super
Duration: 4‑week assignment (potential extension depending on workload)
Start: ASAP

An immediate opportunity is available for an experienced Business Administration Officer to provide short‑term support within a local council environment.
This role has been created to assist with an urgent backlog of property sale processing, and requires prior council system experience.

About the Role:
You will support the administration team by processing Notices of Acquisition (NOAs) and updating customer and property records accurately and efficiently.
This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who can step in quickly and work through high‑volume data with strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process property sales and Notices of Acquisition (NOAs)
  • Update and maintain customer and property records
  • Perform data entry and validation within council systems
  • Assist with clearing administrative backlogs
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with council procedures
  • Support the team with related administrative tasks as required
Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience using Tech1 / CiAnywhere
  • Experience processing property sales and NOAs
  • Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
Required knowledge:
  • Tech1 / CiAnywhere
  • Pathway
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Word
Preferred:
  • Previous experience working within a local council property or rates environment
  • Experience handling customer and property data
