About the Team
The Performance Management and Quality Branch focuses on improving the overall participant experience by driving continuous improvement, quality assurance, and performance monitoring across the agency. The team reviews how work is delivered to ensure it is consistent, meets standards, and follows best practice. It also identifies trends and insights from data and shares these with key business areas to support better performance and service delivery. In addition, the team supports staff capability through training and development, ensuring improvements are embedded and measured over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse data and produce reports to identify trends, risks, and insights
- Extract, interpret, and present data using tools such as Microsoft Excel
- Develop and maintain reporting and data collection processes to improve data quality and efficiency
- Prepare and present business intelligence reports to stakeholders
- Support branch reporting requirements to track performance and improvement outcomes
- Conduct quality assurance activities, including audits and trend analysis
- Assist in developing and improving processes to monitor performance and deliver better outcomes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support planning, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
Must Have
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and interpreting results
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and data presentation
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to a range of stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience working with data to support business decisions and improvements
