Building Condition & Programming Officer (Contract)
Narre Warren Location | $60 per hour + super
ASAP start – 30 June

We are seeking an experienced Building Condition & Programming Officer to support the management and maintenance of building infrastructure across a large asset portfolio.
This is a hands-on role focused on building inspections, maintenance planning, contractor management, and supporting minor capital works to ensure facilities are safe, compliant, and operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct building inspections to assess condition of facilities, plant, and equipment
  • Support maintenance planning, scheduling, and asset management activities
  • Provide advice on repairs, refurbishments, and maintenance requirements
  • Coordinate and supervise contractors delivering maintenance and minor works
  • Assist with audits, reporting, and building condition programs
  • Prepare scopes of work, support tender processes, and manage small projects
  • Maintain accurate records, systems, and documentation
About You:
  • Experience in building maintenance, facilities, or asset management
  • Strong understanding of building compliance and maintenance practices
  • Ability to manage contractors and oversee works
  • Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and asset management systems
Requirements:
  • Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
  • Working with Children Check
  • Police Check
