We are seeking an experienced Building Condition & Programming Officer to support the management and maintenance of building infrastructure across a large asset portfolio.
This is a hands-on role focused on building inspections, maintenance planning, contractor management, and supporting minor capital works to ensure facilities are safe, compliant, and operating efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct building inspections to assess condition of facilities, plant, and equipment
- Support maintenance planning, scheduling, and asset management activities
- Provide advice on repairs, refurbishments, and maintenance requirements
- Coordinate and supervise contractors delivering maintenance and minor works
- Assist with audits, reporting, and building condition programs
- Prepare scopes of work, support tender processes, and manage small projects
- Maintain accurate records, systems, and documentation
- Experience in building maintenance, facilities, or asset management
- Strong understanding of building compliance and maintenance practices
- Ability to manage contractors and oversee works
- Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and asset management systems
- Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
- Working with Children Check
- Police Check
