The key duites of the role will include but not be limited to:
- Manage project equipment stocks and assist the Project Manager with procurements to maintain required stock levels.
- Manage deliveries and storage of project equipment within the site in Canberra and at offsite storage locations.
- Preparation and management of shipments to overseas missions.
- Maintain an inventory/register to control all security equipment at overseas destinations and in storage in Australia.
- Undertake stock take and audit of domestic security equipment.
- Work under limited supervision, including planning, prioritising and organising work for self to achieve deadlines.
- Other duties as directed by the Project Manager.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in adverse or high stress environments.

- NV2 security clearance
