We are seeking a highly capable and creative Project Coordinator
to join a specialised government project team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys research, creative production, stakeholder engagement, and working across dynamic project environments.
You will support the development of a range of training and analytical products, including fictional actor profiles, information sets, and visual/interactive content. This role requires confidence in presenting, strong communication skills, and an ability to produce creative and well‑researched outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop verbal, visual, and audio‑visual training suite content
- Create and refine fictional human actor profiles and related information sets
- Conduct rapid, targeted research across diverse subject areas
- Represent project operations confidently in stakeholder engagements
- Support both onsite and offsite project activities
- Contribute to AGILE‑aligned, cross‑functional project teams
- Background in creative industries, content production, or media
- Experience in visual design, literary creation, or audio‑visual production
- Understanding of social or human network analysis (sociology / behavioural / political science beneficial)
- Familiarity with VMware, Linux, HTML, JavaScript
- Strong written and visual communication skills
- Robustness of character and ability to operate in research‑intensive, strategically focused environments
- Exposure to information‑driven or law‑enforcement‑adjacent contexts favourable
