Pay rate:$69.21 / hour + super

About the Role
As an Advisor (Document Control), you will be part of the document control team supporting the delivery of a large-scale rail infrastructure project. This role is critical to ensuring documentation is accurate, accessible, and compliant with standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and coordinate project document control processes and management plans.
- Provide support and training to project team members on document control systems and procedures.
- Ensure documents are securely stored, tracked, and distributed according to project and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate document reviews, approvals, and system workflows.
- Conduct quality checks and audits of document submissions.
- Manage project data sources across platforms like InEight (TeamBinder), SharePoint, and Content Manager.
- Support with archiving, reporting, and other administrative functions.
Requirements
- Experience with InEight Document (TeamBinder).
- 5–10+ years in document control, ideally within major projects.
- Strong understanding of document management systems and quality control.
- Ability to manage high volumes of information in a fast-paced environment.
- Public sector experience and understanding of record-keeping policies is desirable.
- Brisbane CBD office-based role.
