Location: Gateshead, Newcastle
Duration: 3–6 months | Start: ASAP

Our client, a busy caravan dealership in Gateshead, is urgently seeking a Temporary Administration/PA Support professional to assist the Accounts team and General Manager.

This role suits someone organised, detail‑focused, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general admin and PA support
  • Manage calls, emails, calendars, and documentation
  • Assist with invoicing, payments, and basic bookkeeping
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Use Microsoft Office daily
  • Attend the RTA twice weekly using a company vehicle
  • Support other departments as required
About You
  • Previous admin or PA experience
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Confident with Microsoft Office
  • Current driver’s licence (essential)
  • Professional and friendly approach
