Our client, a busy caravan dealership in Gateshead, is urgently seeking a Temporary Administration/PA Support professional to assist the Accounts team and General Manager.
This role suits someone organised, detail‑focused, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general admin and PA support
- Manage calls, emails, calendars, and documentation
- Assist with invoicing, payments, and basic bookkeeping
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Use Microsoft Office daily
- Attend the RTA twice weekly using a company vehicle
- Support other departments as required
- Previous admin or PA experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Confident with Microsoft Office
- Current driver’s licence (essential)
- Professional and friendly approach
