Administration Officer – 12‑Month Contract | Sydney (Hybrid)
Chandler Macleod is partnering with a leading enterprise to hire a Administration Officer
supporting a busy Procurement function with finance administration, expense management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
You’ll assist with purchase orders, mailbox coordination, expense claim processing (Workday), credit card reconciliations, and periodic reporting. The role suits a detail‑driven administrator with excellent communication, strong systems aptitude, and the flexibility to travel to Luddenham and Liverpool
when required.
Contract:
12 months (potential extension)
Location:
Luddenham & Liverpool (Hybrid: a couple of days WFH)
Finance Administration
- Create and issue purchase orders; support contract administration
- Coordinate central procurement mailboxes; process virtual purchasing card requests
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing; assist with data entry/system updates
- Provide general admin support to Procurement and Finance
- Support international travel bookings
Expense Management
- Process and validate expense claims per policy
- Review receipts/supporting documentation; ensure timely processing in Workday
- Support audits/compliance checks; reconcile corporate credit cards
Reporting
- Export and circulate regular reports on travel spend and expense claims
Other
- Ability to travel to Luddenham and Liverpool offices as required

- Strong administrative foundation; outstanding attention to detail
- Confident communicator (written & verbal); stakeholder‑savvy at all levels
- Fast learner - comfortable with new systems, processes, and platforms
- Ability to travel to Luddenham and Liverpool offices as required
