About the Role
We’re currently seeking two casual Expiation Notice Officers for an immediate start with a busy government department in Adelaide. These roles are perfect if you’re looking for flexible, short-term work while gaining valuable experience in the public sector. The positions are casual assignments paying $37.51 per hour plus super, with an immediate start available. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately entering and processing expiation notice data
- Providing excellent customer service over the phone and email
- Participating in a call centre rotation as part of your shifts
- Assisting with administrative tasks and general support duties
- Adhering to departmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Experience in data entry, processing, or administration is beneficial
- Strong communication skills with a professional, friendly phone manner
- Patient, customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Experience in a call centre environment is not essential but a plus
- Reliable, well-organised, and comfortable undergoing a background check
