This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of both end-to-end recruitment and onsite workforce management. Working Monday to Friday, with flexibility required across early mornings and late afternoons, this role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing full-cycle recruitment, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, and onboarding of high-volume blue-collar roles
  • Developing and executing proactive recruitment strategies and workforce plans to meet fluctuating client demands
  • Acting as the onsite lead, managing a large casual workforce across your home site and supporting additional client sites as required
  • Monitoring, managing, and driving down absenteeism, ensuring workforce reliability and productivity targets are met
  • Conducting toolbox talks, site inductions, and leading ongoing safety initiatives to promote a strong safety-first culture
  • Building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring high levels of engagement and retention
  • Managing rosters, attendance, and shift coverage to support operational requirements
  • Handling administrative responsibilities, maintaining accurate records, reporting, and compliance documentation
  • Partnering closely with the client to understand operational needs, identify risks, and provide workforce solutions
  • Continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes, performance, and service delivery
About You To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment and/or onsite workforce management
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with a process-driven mindset
  • Confidence in managing people, addressing performance issues, and influencing outcomes
  • A proactive, resilient attitude with the ability to problem-solve in real time
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A genuine commitment to workplace safety and compliance
  • The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively across multiple sites
Why Join Us?
  • Career growth – Build your career within a leading recruitment organisation that values development and progression
  • Ongoing development – Access to continuous training and support to grow your skills in both recruitment and account management
  • Supportive team culture – Join a high-performing, energetic team that celebrates success and collaboration
