3PL Warehouse Coordinator

Have you worked in warehousing for while? Do you have experience overseeing and monitoring day to day operations?
Join  our world renowned client  as a Warehouse Coordinator in Erskine Park  and help oversee a fast-moving, 3PL site that completes 1,000 orders a day

Location:  Erskine Park, Sydney
Hours:  Monday to Friday, 9AM to 3PM
Duration: 6 months with likelihood of extension

Unfortunately this site is NOT accessible via public transport.


Key Responsibilitie
You will be responsible for overseeing daily 3PL activities, ensuring operational accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across:

• Order processing and fulfilment
• Labelling, palletising, and wrapping
• Daily workflow coordination with the 3PL team
• Monitoring performance and resolving operational issues
• Troubleshooting and supporting warehouse systems (WMS)

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in warehouse or 3PL operations supervision
• Strong understanding of WMS functionality and troubleshooting
• Hands-on, detail-oriented approach
