Workforce Staffing Coordinator
Full-Time | Potential for Extension | Long-Term Growth Opportunity

A global leader in e-commerce and logistics is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Workforce Staffing Coordinator to join their team on a full-time basis. This role offers the possibility of extension and is ideally suited to someone looking to grow with the business and build a long-term career.

Key Responsibilities
The Workforce Staffing Coordinator will:

  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding of new associates across Fulfilment Centres, Delivery Stations, and Sort Centres, including managing relationships with casual labour agencies.
  • Support labour planning and entry-level analysis to meet high-volume operational staffing requirements.
  • Assist with auditing compliance against defined processes and procedures, including Salesforce management, eligibility checks, reporting, and associate experience.
  • Continuously identify and implement opportunities for process improvements.
  • Build strong communication channels and manage relationships with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Undertake other reasonable duties as requested by Workforce Staffing Managers or Specialists.

Basic Qualifications
  • At least 6 months of workforce planning experience.
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience.
  • At least 6 months of experience using Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • A high school qualification (or equivalent).
  • Experience working in confidential environments.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years of workforce planning experience.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience.
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.

Additional Requirements
As part of the recruitment process, candidates will be required to undergo police checks and global sanctions screening. Employment is subject to successful clearance.
