Make a Real Impact in Workplace Safety & Injury Management Are you an experienced Workers’ Compensation Consultant or Injury Management Specialist? Join a leading industrial company based in Pinjarra and play a vital role in supporting injured workers and improving safety outcomes.
We’re seeking a proactive consultant with a strong background in workers' compensation claims, injury management, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll assess injury claims, guide recovery strategies, and reduce risks across the workplace.

Key Skills & Experience
- Experience in injury management or claims consulting
- Strong knowledge of workers’ compensation legislation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Data analysis and practical problem-solving ability
- Comfortable with basic software tools (Figtree training provided)
- Understanding of health & safety regulations
- Background working with insurers or external stakeholders
- Certifications in injury or claims management
- Tertiary qualification (preferred but not essential)
- Flexible part-time roster (Tues–Thurs, flexible)
- Supportive and collaborative team culture
- Immediate start preferred
