About the Role:
We’re seeking a confident, tech-savvy Administrator to join our team at Teralba Quarry. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be a key point of coordination for truck movements on site, support administrative functions, and work closely with the National Account Manager to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage truck movements on site, including weighbridge operations
- Perform end-of-month reconciliations and invoicing
- Support the Territory Account Manager with day-to-day operational tasks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Assist with Head Office administrative functions and internal processes
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Participate in inductions and safety coordination as required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence with learning new IT systems
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills
- Clear communication and the ability to work effectively within a team
- Experience in heavy industrial, logistics, or quarry operations (preferred)
- Experience or willingness to learn:
- Timesheet processing
- Invoice and Head Office processing
- Inductions and safety coordination
- Ability to work independently in a high-traffic, heavy industrial environment
