Are you an experienced marketing professional with a knack for orchestrating seamless webinars and events? Chandler Macleod is partnering with a global tech giant to recruit a Webinar Program Specialist to join their Sydney-based team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-performing marketing environment, managing end-to-end webinar programs that engage audiences and drive business impact.

What You’ll Do

• Own and execute webinar programs from planning through to post-event reporting
  
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to align messaging
  
  
• Manage project timelines, assets, approvals, and communication across teams
  
  
• Elevate the impact of virtual events through audience engagement strategies and platform innovation
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in marketing communications or integrated marketing roles
  
  
• Strong background in webinar or virtual event program management
  
  
• Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills
  
  
• Ability to confidently share ideas on how you've previously enhanced marketing/webinar initiatives
  
  

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience using ON24 or similar webinar platforms
  
  
• Exposure to Salesforce CRM
  
  
• Broader B2B marketing campaign experience
