About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Tank Installer
to join our team based in Corio. In this role, you will work under the guidance of a Team Leader to construct and install water tanks of various shapes and sizes at sites across Victoria. These tanks are critical for firefighting, drinking water storage, and other essential uses.
This is a hands-on position that offers variety, travel, and the opportunity to develop your skills while contributing to a supportive and safety-focused team.

- Build and install galvanised steel water tanks to specifications
- Make adjustments as needed in consultation with the Team Leader
- Travel to sites across Victoria and occasionally interstate (overnight stays required, usually 1–3 nights)
- Comply with Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and all site safety requirements
- Attend site inductions and participate in mandatory drug and alcohol testing when required
- Represent the company professionally with a positive and team-oriented approach
- Support other site tasks as needed when installations are delayed (e.g. due to weather)
- Maintain high levels of WHS compliance and professional conduct at all times
- Experience in installation, construction, plumbing, or a similar trade
- Current Construction Induction Card (White/Red Card)
- Current unrestricted driver’s licence
- Confined Space Certification (preferred)
- Sound mechanical aptitude and the ability to read technical drawings or site plans
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and excellent communication skills
- A great attitude and willingness to work as part of a small, high-performing team
- Plumbing trade qualification
- Forklift, HR, or EWP licence
- Applicants must be Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents, or hold a valid Australian work visa
- National Police Check will be conducted prior to commencement
- Successful candidates must provide certified copies of all relevant qualifications
