About the Role
Our client is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor
to lead daily warehouse and driver operations that support our mission to reduce food waste and help communities in need. This role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant operations while guiding a small, dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a safety-first culture and maintain food safety compliance
- Oversee warehouse and driver operations to ensure efficient workflow
- Manage stock flow and minimise food waste
- Maintain a clean, organised warehouse
- Record daily donations and collections accurately
- Coach, train and support warehouse team members
- Ensure vehicles and equipment are maintained
- Assist with driving duties when required
- 2+ years’ experience in warehouse supervision or team leadership
- LF Forklift Licence ¤nt Driver’s Licence
- Strong knowledge of safety, food handling and Chain of Responsibility
- Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills
