Experienced Forklift Operators – High Reach & Counterbalance

📍 Mickleham | Cold Storage (-6 to -26°C)

🕒 Day, Afternoon & Night Shifts | Monday to Friday

We are looking for skilled Forklift Operators to join our team in a busy cold storage facility. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable, safety-conscious operators seeking a long-term role with stability and ongoing work.
The Role:

• Operating high reach and/or counterbalance forklifts
• Using slipsheet or push plate attachments
• RF scanning and accurate stock management
• Manual handling tasks as required
• Working in cold storage environments (-6 to -26°C)

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid forklift licence with proven experience
• Slipsheet or push plate experience (essential)
• Previous experience with RF scanners
• Ability to work safely in sub-zero environments (own freezer gear required)
• Flexibility to work Day, Afternoon or Night shifts
• Commitment to reliability, teamwork, and safety
• Must be able to pass a National Police Check
